Maple Glazed Pecans or Walnuts

Ingredients:
2 cups pecan or walnut halves
½ cup maple syrup
½ Tablespoon of vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Directions:
Preheat a dry skillet over a medium-high heat. Add the nuts, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and cayenne pepper. Cook, stirring frequently until syrup is caramelized, nuts are toasted, about three minutes. Spread on parchment paper to cool. Enjoy!
